Gennady Gennadievich Ovcharenko was born in 1964. Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Architecture in 1986. He worked as an architect at TsNIIP Grado. Member of the Union of Architects, Creative Union of Artists of Russia, Union of Pastelists. Lecturer of the Department "Drawing" Moscow Architectural Institute since 1989, professor.
