From October 23 to November 15, 2017, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation holds the VIII International Cultural Festival "Flowers of Russia" in the main cities of the Republic of Slovenia - Ljubljana and Maribor.

The official opening of the festival is a gala concert of classical music “Russian Souvenir”. Young musicians - laureates and diploma winners of national and international competitions - will perform works by Russian and foreign classics on the piano, xylophone, button accordion, cello, violin, flute, clarinet.
