Spend a nice fall evening at the Treasury!
The program of the evening: excursion "Russian-American artist Nikolai Feshin" and a concert of vocal and instrumental music "From Russia to America".
The “pearl" of the Hazine collection is the work of Nikolai Ivanovich Feshin. The gallery contains the largest collection of paintings in Russia by this brilliant artist, an unsurpassed master of coal painting, a magnificent woodcarver, and a sculptor. At the center of Nikolai Feshin’s work is a man, but in different genres the theme takes on various interpretations.
About the life and work of Nikolai Ivanovich Feshin will tell visitors a senior researcher Roman Gatilov. The second part of the evening, the concert “From Russia to America”, will be presented by the winners of All-Russian and international competitions and festivals Anzor Nabiuliin, Elisey Krotov, Nadezhda Yushmanova and Razil Mustafin. Russian folk song and spiritual, Sergey Rachmaninov and Frederic Chopin, the immortal masterpiece of Joseph Cosm “Autumn leaves” and the magnificent duet from the longest-playing musical in Broadway’s story “The Phantom of the Opera”, and other vocal and piano works will be performed by young artists.
