Igor Alekseevich can be called a singer of his native land. Most of his painting is associated with the nature of the Kaluga region. The artist regularly organized annual open airs for young artists. In addition, Igor Alekseevich created a gallery of portraits of prominent figures of our time. The last 40 years of his life he devoted to serving the Kaluga Territory and its people, holding a responsible public post: he headed the Council on Culture under the Governor of the Kaluga Region. His whole life is serving people, hundreds of residents of the Kaluga region consider him their teacher.
An evening in memory of Igor Alekseevich Soldatenkov is a meeting of his friends and admirers, an exhibition of works from private collections, memories and a creative program (video from life, presentation of paintings, music program).
As part of the evening of remembrance, an exhibition of the artist’s works will be opened.
Exhibition of works by I.A. Sodatenkova will work from February 01, 2015 to February 08, 2015.
