April 23, visitors to the Library No. 1 named after A.S. The social and cultural action “Bibliochnoch” is an annual large-scale event organized in order to support and revive interest in reading. Within the framework of the festival, all cultural and educational venues of the country: libraries, literary museums, galleries, bookstores, art spaces and clubs open their doors to visitors beyond their usual working hours. The action was first initiated in 2012 by the library community and the Association of Culture Managers. Two years later, it was supported by more than 2,000 sites across the country. In 2016, the action starts on April 22.
