On March 17, the A. Koltsov Academic Drama Theater will host the final meeting of the season as part of the Saturday Past project, dedicated to the play Heart of a Dog.

The performance based on the story of Mikhail Bulgakov, People’s Artist of Russia Anatoly Ivanov staged in 2008. In fact, this is his last work, after which he only has time to restore the “Barmaid from the disco” - the legendary performance with the participation of the national artist of Russia Lyudmila Kravtsova.

For design, Anatoly Vasilievich used the scenography of Alexei Golod, a talented theater artist who passed away too early.

The main roles in the performance were played by the national artists of Russia Yuri Kochergov (professor Preobrazhensky), Valery Potanin (Sharikov), who became the laureate of the competition "Results of the 2008/2009 season" and the honored artist of Russia Alexander Smolyaninov (Bormental).

After watching the recording of the performance, the audience will meet with Valery Potanin and Alexander Smolyaninov.

The meeting will be held by the artistic director of the theater, Honored Art Worker of Russia Vladimir Petrov.
