The Museum of Courage project takes place in the format of a traveling multimedia exhibition and will be exhibited at the largest exhibition venues in the Russian regions during 2017.
From 06/01/2017 - 07/02/2017 the project "Museum of Courage" will be presented at the site of the Kaluga Museum of Fine Arts.
The Museum of Courage is a modern multimedia project whose main goal is to preserve, popularize the cultural and historical heritage of Russia, attract the attention of the younger generation to the heroic pages of our history.
The project is based on the stories of outstanding citizens of Russia with the properties of steel: solid, durable, courageous, contributing to the prosperity, greatness and glory of Russia.
The project consists of thematic cycles “People of Steel”: “Defenders of the Fatherland”, “Discoverers and Travelers”, “Space Explorers”, “Outstanding Women of Russia”, “Outstanding Scientists”. Historical events and heroic acts will serve as a symbol, through the prism of which the museum exposition will present and reveal the theme of courage and heroism.
The exposition of the museum will become part of the complex of educational work of educational institutions and the basis for conducting thematic “Lessons of COURAGE” for school students.
The project is supported by the All-Russian Public Organization “Russian Union of Youth”, the All-Russian Public Organization “Russian Union of Youth”, the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation for the development and support of volunteering (volunteering), charity and patriotic education, the “Russian Union of Rescuers”, and the Chernobyl Union Russia ”, the Union of Artists of Russia, the Union of Women’s Forces and other partners.
