Oleg Ivanovich Molchanov was born in 1966 in the Kostroma region. Graduated from the Yaroslavl Art School and the landscape workshop of the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. Since 1997 - a member of the Union of Artists of Russia. The versatility of the artist’s interests is manifested in icon painting, restoration, poetry. Molchanov is the creator of several monuments, compositions.
