Larisa Akhmadeeva "Plein Air"
On October 29, a personal exhibition of Larisa Akhmadeeva’s works opens in the I.I. Brodsky Museum-Apartment. She will present landscapes created during trips to Greece, Italy and the Czech Republic.
Every year she goes to the Peloponnese peninsula, enjoying new unforgettable views. In Greece, the works Nafplion Fortress Museum (2014), Methoni (2013) and Acrocorinth (2012) were created.
During these trips, the “stream of enjoyment without boundaries", passing from a splash and a morning swim in the sea, saving from the heat, energizes and inspires to create new works.
Larisa graduated from Kazan College. N.I. Feshina in 1994. Then she moved to St. Petersburg, where she was a free-listener and studied in the drawing classes of the I.E. Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture.
Since 2004, Larisa Akhmadeeva is a member of the Union of Artists, a member of the Pastel Society of St. Petersburg. Her biography is included in the Swiss Encyclopedia "Who is who" in Russia.
The artist’s works are in private and state collections in Russia and abroad: in the John Neumeier Museum in Hamburg, in the Museum of the Picturesque Image of Russia (Moscow), in the State Historical-Architectural and Art Museum Ostrov-GrandSviyazhsk.
