Opening day on December 9 at 19:00! The author will be present!
On December 1, another key exhibition of the last month will open in "ARTMUZE" - it is dedicated to a series of winter city landscapes, painted by the artist Pavel Yeskov in different years.
Pavel Eskov is a participant in more than 100 Russian and international exhibitions, including more than twenty personal ones. Since 2006, his works have been constantly presented at traveling exhibitions of graduates and teachers of the Institute named after IE Repin in museums and exhibition centers in China.
Some of the works of the exhibition "It is snowing" will be presented to the general public for the first time.
The artist’s canvases show his favorite places on the Petrograd side, Vasilievsky Island, Kolomna. Familiar streets and avenues, embankments and bridges, courtyards and squares are filled with movement, life, written loudly and sharply. Eskov complements the picturesque variety of restrained shades of the Petersburg winter with clear lines of architectural details of the facades, openwork patterns of Petersburg fences, and silhouettes of lanterns. The snow lying on the ground, roofs of houses, emphasizes the completeness of the architectural ensembles.
Pavel Eskov’s urban landscapes resonate with many connoisseurs of painting and collectors in Russia and abroad.
Now it is difficult to predict whether December will be pre-New Year’s and snowy! Therefore, "ARTMUZA" has prepared in advance, and gives all Petersburgers the snowiest, most wonderful exhibition of Pavel Yeskov.
The exhibition runs until January 27. Free admission. 0 +
