He became a real high-profile event of last season. The director set his main task to get away from the textbook Shukshin, on the basis of his text to tell his story, to ensure that the audience did not have the desire to compare the performance with a famous film. The undoubted success of the performance is a magnificent acting duet: Andrei Merzlikin (Egor) and Maria Shukshina (Lyuba).
