Galina Tuluzakova - was born in Novosibirsk, graduated from the Kazan Financial and Economic Institute and the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I. E. Repina, Ph.D. in Art History, Fulbright Fellow, USA (2003). Area of professional interests: art of Tatarstan, artists of the modern academic school of St. Petersburg, etc. Researcher of creativity N. In the second part of Musical Thursday in the White Fireplace Hall, the program “Silver Age Romances” will be presented by Julia Panfilova, winner of the international competition “Romance Games without Borders” (Moscow), laureate of the international competitions “On the Wings of Talent” and Russian song and romance in the UK.
