From June 12-17, the Center for Photography will host a Photography Course for Teens: Art Photography.
The task of the courses and the entire project as a whole is to create some basis for the formation of shooting skills, show the possibilities of photography for creative expression and development, try different techniques, learn how to disassemble the footage. Each practical lesson is preceded by a discussion of the problem and clarification of the effect of a particular technique. Themes are chosen in such a way as to get as far as possible from the conditions that this or that genre dictates, and to concentrate on the way of visualizing sensations and ideas.
“Like any other fine art, photography requires attention and immersion, effort and patience, keenness of feelings, vigilance of the eye and openness of the heart. As Henri Cartier-Bresson wrote, in order to “attach importance” to the world, you need to feel involved in what you see in the viewfinder. And let what you see be amazing and exciting! ”- course teacher Maria Bystrova.
