OBJECTIVES:
In the age of global computerization and informatization, the creative development of children and adolescents is important. After all, only creativity develops imagination, teaches to create, forms an aesthetic sensitivity to the world and an appreciation of beauty. Therefore, the main goal of the festival is to popularize children’s and adolescent creativity, identify and disseminate innovative methods in the development of children’s and adolescent creativity, based on the use of modern achievements of science and information technology, and present to the general public the creative works of young talents from the Russian Federation.
TASKS:
- presentation of creative works of young talents from the Russian Federation to the general public;
- aesthetic, patriotic education of youth;
- popularization of children’s and youth creativity;
- supporting debut projects of young Russian authors and performers, stimulating the creative potential of Russian youth;
- strengthening of a common cultural space, cultural ties between regions of the Russian Federation;
- development of distinctive traditions of the Russian cultural heritage;
- interaction and interpenetration of cultures of different regions of the Russian Federation, cultural exchange between young authors and performers.
UNIQUE FEATURES:
The Russian Cup for Artistic Creativity "Assembly of Arts" combines three programs - exhibition, competition and educational. All works admitted to the exhibition participate in the competition program and are judged by members of the national and international jury. During the exhibition, educational programs (master classes, demo classes) and the International Conference "Innovations in Art Education" are held.
Prizes and bonuses for placement at exhibitions, competitions and galleries in Russia, Europe and Asia, participation in training programs, prizes, publications and interviews are provided for the laureates.
The Russian Cup for Artistic Creativity is a part of the world art project "World Art Assembly", under the auspices of which festivals are organized in more than 10 countries of the world. This allows the laureates and participants of the festival to successfully present their work in other countries.
FORMS OF PARTICIPATION:
There are two forms of participation in the festival: OCHNAYA and CORRECT.
- Participation is PERFECT: originals of art objects are provided for the competition program of the festival;
- Correspondence participation: photocopies of works are exhibited at the competition program and videos of performances are broadcast.
AUDIENCE OF PARTICIPANTS:
Participants in competitive programs are divided into the following age groups:
- Category "Children": up to 7 years;
- Junior category: from 8 to 10 years old;
- Category "Medium": from 11 to 13 years old;
- Senior category: from 14 to 16 years old;
- Category "Junior": from 17 to 21 years old;
- Category "Educators": age is not regulated.
These categories are assessed by the jury members separately.

- Competitive evaluation of the submitted works by the jury members;
- Educational program (program of master classes, lectures, demo classes);

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
Within the framework of the festival, master classes, lectures, demo classes and creative meetings are held. Master classes will help authors navigate the contemporary diversity of the World of Art. Listeners will be interested to learn about specific techniques, materials and approaches used in modern practice of creating art objects, about the structure and features of the functioning of Russian and foreign art markets, about programs to support talented authors.
Excursions to classrooms and funds of the Moscow Institute of Architecture and Construction MITU-MASI, visits to museums and closed funds are organized for the festival participants.
All master classes and lectures are exclusive and will be of interest to both children and teachers.
THE CONFERENCE
In order to create a single communication platform for discussing and solving urgent problems of personality development in pre-professional and vocational education, identifying and disseminating advanced methodological, organizational and managerial experience, a scientific and practical conference "Innovations in Art Education" is held within the framework of the festival.
The theme of the conference: “Innovations in art education. Development vector and basic real practice ”.
Sections of the conference:
Creative works of authors and performers participate in the competition program and are evaluated by members of the Expert Council (jury), consisting of highly professional masters of contemporary art: artists, art historians, theater experts, vocal and choreography teachers. According to the results of the jury’s work, lists of winners are formed in each age category and in each nomination. The winners of the competition are awarded with cups, medals, diplomas of the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Council of the competition, recommendations for art directors, participation of the winners in a number of foreign exhibitions and festivals.
CATALOG "NEW FACES IN ART":
At the end of the festival, the catalog "New Faces in Arts" is published. This catalog includes all participants in the "Fine Arts" section.
The catalog is published on CD and in paper version. It is possible to order a catalog by prior request.
