The ARTMUZA Museum of Modern Art announces the start of the VI All-Russian Competition for Young Artists "The Muse Must Work."
The authoritative All-Russian Competition “The Muse Must Work” is designed to help young artists declare themselves and realize their creative potential.
The winners of the Competition will be presented with a unique opportunity to advance in the art market by organizing a personal exhibition at the ARTMUSE Museum of Modern Art.
Age category of the contest participants: from 20 to 40 years.
COMPETITION STAGES:
1st stage:
- 09/20/19 - 11/24/19 - acceptance of applications for participation in the Competition.
2nd stage:
- 11/26/19 - 11/29/19 - selection of participants, identification of the best works. A competent jury will face the challenge of determining the fifty best.
- 11/30/19 - announcement of the names of participants in the All-Russian Competition;
- 12/02/19 - 12/15/19 - provision of original works;
- 12/20/19 at 19:00 - the grand opening and rewarding of participants.
- 12/20/2019 01/30/2020 - an exhibition of winning works. During this period, ten galleries of the ARTMUZA Museum of Modern Art will be given to the exposition of the works of the winners of the All-Russian Competition “The Muse Should Work”.
The competition commission will include recognized experts and artists of the Russian Federation: the chairman of the commission Nikolai Blokhin, Oleg Yakhnin and Roman Lyapin, as well as the Director General and founder of the ARTMUZA Museum of Contemporary Art, the organizer of the MUSA SHOULD WORK contest, Sergey Beltyukov.
