For the first time, such a project brought together more than 100 authors, professional and beginners, living or creating their works in workshops in the South-Western district of Moscow.
Based on the results of the Open-call (open competition), the Belyaevo Gallery will present works made in different techniques and different genres on the theme “Russia through the eyes of artists.” With this exhibition, the Belyaevo Gallery will introduce residents of the district to creative people - artists, sculptors who live very close by, in the neighborhood.
Landscapes - from native places, urban and rural, landscapes-moods, without which it is impossible to imagine the exhibition, portraits of contemporaries and genre works, still lifes, sculptures, art objects of various generations of artists - all works carry the cultural code of our vast homeland. Here at the exhibition, Russia is close, different, dear and alive, in canvas, clay and metal - the way the artists living and working next to us see it. Among them are artists Valentin Dmitriev, Alexey Fedorov, Igor Omelchenko, Alexander Mukhin (Alex Mu), sculptor Dmitry Tugarinov, ceramist Olga Uvarova.
The concept of the exhibition demonstrates the unity and commonality of views of people creating art nearby, without placing emphasis on the age, status and regalia of the exhibition participants. The exhibition is Russia, our life, feelings and emotions, joys and hopes.
