Igor Arkadyevich Ulangin was born in 1962 in Cheboksary. In 1984 he graduated from the graphic arts department of the Chuvash State Pedagogical Institute named after I. I. Ya. Yakovleva. In 2003 he became a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation.
Friendship with the poet Gennady Aigi inspired Ulangin to work on book design. In 1989, his "Experience of graphic communication with the lyrics of A.S. Pushkin" was awarded the "Pushkinist" grant from the Open Society Institute.
Igor Ulangin has held twelve solo exhibitions in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Cheboksary, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, and also at the Silkeborg Kunstmuseum (Denmark). He is a participant of numerous group exhibitions.
Igor Ulangin’s works are in the collections of the Chuvash State Art Museum (Cheboksary), Silkeborg Kunstmuseum (Denmark), in private collections in Russia and abroad.
Valery Andreevich Mishin - artist, poet, writer. Born in 1939 in the Crimea.
In 1962 he graduated from the Sverdlovsk Art College, later, in 1968 - LVHPU them. V. I. Mukhina, department of monumental and decorative painting. In the 1960s and 70s, he visited LITO in Leningrad under the newspaper Smena. Participates in exhibitions since 1966.
