Meeting with the ancient culture and exotic nature of India had a huge impact on artists. On their canvases, mysterious India appears as a fabulous country where the play of color and light draws us into the world of eternal harmony and spiritual enlightenment. The vivid, quivering texture, the ability to capture the blossoming joy of life is inherent in the bright, radiating streams of luminiferous energy of the painting of the artists’ duet.
“Pictures are a manifestation of the soul, not of the mind,” says artist Igor Torshenko. The creative manner of Igor Torshenko is based on the masterful use of the main artistic means of painting - color. Developing, the picturesque narrative changes, dynamically overlapping one another, and forms the tangible density of the paint layer.
“The painting is a continuation of the artist’s personality. I try to put the best that is in me into painting. In order for my happiness, kindness and joy to be transferred to other people, so that they also receive a piece of warmth, ”says the artist Manjulali.
Artists are guided by the thesis of Vasily Kandinsky that "the soul is a musical instrument, and color spots are mallets that strike it."
The creative union of the two artists created an exposition of paintings that is unique in intensity and expression.
