The First Deputy Secretary of the RF OP Vyacheslav Bocharov inaugurated the exhibition, greeted the guests and shared facts from the history of the Olympic movement. He emphasized once again: “Sport is peace and justice. Our athletes have proven and still continue to prove to everyone that Russia is a great country, and even after half the national team has been removed from the Games, the team continues to adequately represent their country, winning the highest awards. ”

Also, our athletes were supported by the champion of the Olympic Games of 2008 in high jump Andrei Silnov and the Olympic champion of 2008 in rhythmic gymnastics Tatyana Gorbunova. They told the guests how hard the athletes are preparing and waiting for the Olympics and what emotions the champions feel when they climb the podium to the sounds of the national anthem, holding the flag of their country.
