Children’s New Year’s shows near you! Automatic translate
The Moscow Exhibition Halls Association has prepared a program of children’s New Year’s performances, which will cover 10 districts of the capital. Now, residents of sleeping areas can attend unique New Year’s performances from the best theater groups without having to go to the center for New Year’s traffic jams.
The chamber space of the exhibition halls is as if specially created for the format of a “home” Christmas tree, where each participant is guaranteed attention.
Famous theater groups “SNARK”, “First Theater”, “Circle II”, dance theater “PoemaTheatre”, music and drum school “Journey to the Rhythm” will show their best performances for children from 10 months to 12 years.
The program features several premieres, including inclusive presentations of “Where is the New Year?” And “The Magic Lantern”. Animation and performance are combined on these Christmas trees into a single whole. Children are expected to get acquainted with original theater techniques (magnetic puppet theater, shadow theater, light theater, sand animation) during master classes preceding the performance. Visitors will meet with the heroes of their favorite books (Kolobok, Frieder from the tale of the German writer Gudrun Mebs, amazing plush animals from the tales of Sergei Sedov), will become active participants and "co-authors" of the performances.
