Denis Saunin grew up in the artist’s family in the Far East. Denis Saunin was born in 1976 in Siberia, grew up in the Far East. He graduated from the art department of the Far Eastern State Institute of Arts (1999). In 2002-2005, under the leadership of Anatoly Levitin, he studied at the creative workshops of the Regional Department of the Urals, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Academy of Arts in Krasnoyarsk.

Since 2005, lives and works in St. Petersburg. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia. His works are in collections of the State Russian Museum, Museum of Non-Conformist Art, Primorsky Art Gallery and in private collections in Russia and abroad.
