Day of the Navy in St. Petersburg will be celebrated with a public concert at Dvortsovaya automatic translate
St. Petersburg and the sea are inextricably linked. The element gave the city a piece of its character, freedom of breath and the breadth of the sea soul. There is one day in the year, when all Petersburgers are becoming slightly sailors. Wearing a vest or a cap cap, everyone wants to feel like a conqueror of the seas.
July 29 on the Day of the Russian Navy on Palace Square residents and visitors of the city awaits the long-awaited gift: eleven o’clock set with the broadcast of the parade of warships and concerts of top pop and opera singers. For one day, completely different genres of art - music, literature, dance - interlacing in a single space of time and culture, will pile the viewer into the atmosphere of maritime wanderings and discoveries, battles and victories pierced by romance.
At 11.00 on the Palace Square the video broadcast of the parade of warships will begin. To see this solemn and exciting spectacle, to feel ownership of the greatness and glory of Russia, to consider real warships, the St. Petersburg boys will return from the dachas back to the city. However, moms and dads - and especially grandmothers and grandfathers - will gladly make them company in walks along the central embankments.
By tradition, the Day of the Navy in St. Petersburg from the holiday of military seamen turns into a big and spectacular family holiday: with memories of the heroes; with tales and legends about the city and its marine life; with the sun, burning icy granite, or drizzling warm rain on the asphalt; with the feeling of a special day and the anticipation of memorable meetings; with a visit to the "Aurora" and a hike to the icebreaker "Krasin"; with delight from the easy slip of hundreds of tons of steel into the leaden gray, lively and unruly Nevskaya water and, of course, with the obligatory dedication to the sailors - the purchase of a vest, gyuysa, cap with anchors on tapes - and immediate reincarnation.
At 14.00 everyone will be able to take part in a video tour: on the Palace Square will be installed large screens, which, thanks to the inimitably rich voices of the actress of theater and cinema Anna Geller and the People’s Artist of Russia Nikolay Burov, will revive an exciting story dedicated to the past and the present Military Navy fleet of Russia. Soloists of the Mariinsky Theater will give musical dedication to all those involved in the past and present glory of the Russian navy: Alexander Trofimov (tenor), Natalia Pavlova (soprano), Vadim Kravets (bass), Vladimir Tselebrovsky (baritone), Grigory Chernetsov (baritone). All the works will be performed accompanied by the youth choir "SoGlasie" under the guidance of Pavel Teplov, the Tavrichesky Symphony Orchestra of the Leningrad Region under the leadership of Mikhail Golikov and the artists of the creative team of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
At 15.00 on Dvortsovaya Square will perform the author of eternal hits about the Neva Land, a bard who does not need a presentation in St. Petersburg. Together with Alexander Rosenbaum sing concert halls and stadiums. His work was marked by dozens of awards, among them three "Golden Gramophone" and thirteen "Chansons of the Year". The strength of this success is not only in the power of talent and the original performing style, but in extremely honest texts and in the ability to talk about what does not give rest to millions.
A special gift for the guests of the festival will be the performance of the actor, singer and musician, the owner of the velvet baritone Yevgeny Dyatlov. His incredible charisma, acting talent and piercing voice will make the performance of domestic songs unforgettable.
The solemn and festive atmosphere will be created by musicians of military bands from India, Vietnam and China. The musical visiting card of the Russian fleet will be the Central Concert Orchestra named after them. NA Rimsky-Korsakov Russian Navy under the leadership of Alexei Karabanov. Their "loud vocals", interwoven with the memory of generations, will fill the hearts of listeners with the triumph of harmony and power.
Legend of the Russian stage of the 90’s Alexander Sklyar and the band "VA-BANK" will offer the audience a mix of front-line songs and melodies from movies. These works are recognizable from the first notes: on a clear, completely tangible movement of the soul, in which everything that is dearest is blended: memory, experience, thirst to embrace loved ones and breathe with them this summer evening mist as long as possible... Only music can do this.
At 18.00 the festive evening will continue the performance of the national favorite Oleg Gazmanov and the group "Squadron". All awards for the performer can not be counted: a seven-time holder of the national award "Ovation", a four-time winner of the Golden Gramophone Award, a multiple winner of the Song of the Year festival, a laureate of international festivals "The World Music Awards", "Big Apple Music Awards" and other prestigious musical forums. Friends of the artist joke that it is time for all his prizes and regalia to build a separate museum. "Moryachka", "Baltic shore", "Sails", "Seven feet under the keel" and other songs loved by millions of listeners will decorate the festive evening.
Finally, at 20.00 on the stage will come the legendary "Chorus of Turkish" and "Soprano of Turkish". In their repertoire, songs in more than ten languages, including a cappella, can be replaced by an entire orchestra with their own voices. On the Palace Square vocalists along with Petersburgers and guests of the city will sing popular hits of several generations. The "National Karaoke" will be over at 22.00.
