Information: The program “Big Tours for Children and Youth” is being implemented at the expense of state funds allocated by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation according to the instructions of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, given as a result of the United Russia forum in Omsk, which resulted in the party project “Theaters for Children”.
