Anna Zeltsman

Anna Zeltsman was born in 1983 in St. Petersburg. From 1989 to 1999 she studied at the art studio in the Palace of Creativity of the Young (in Anichkov Palace). In 2007 she graduated from the St. Petersburg State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I. E. Repina, Faculty of Architecture. Member of the St. Petersburg Creative Union of Artists (IFA) since 2017.
