About the artist:
Andrei Petrovich Molchanovsky graduated in 1992 from the sculpture department of the Odessa Art College named after M. B. Grekova, and then in 1999 - the State Art and Industrial Academy. bar. Stieglitz (formerly V.I. Mukhina) in St. Petersburg. From his student years, he took part in numerous exhibitions and sculptural symposia both in Russia and abroad.
In 2008 he was awarded a diploma of the Russian Academy of Arts.
In 2012, he was awarded the silver medal of the Russian Academy of Arts.
The artist’s works are in the State Museum of Glass and Crystal of Nikolsk, a collection of modern art, the Central Exhibition Hall Manege in St. Petersburg, the State Museum of Ceramics and the Estate of Kuskovo of the 18th century, in private and corporate collections in Russia and abroad.
