ALTER-FACE Concert New Music Studio opens its 26th season. This is a carte blanche of the soloists of the ensemble Mona Khaba and Natalia Cherkasova. The program will include works by composers of various directions of the 20th century, from minimalism to spectralism. Among them are composers who won the Golden Lion prize at the Venice Biennale: L. Berio, J. Apergis and S. Sharrino. Pieces for both piano solo and piano duet will be presented. This concert is a real hymn to modern piano music and at the same time a challenge to the conservative piano repertoire that usually sounds in the concert halls of Moscow.
