The All-Russian festival of short films “ARTKINO” is one of the largest festivals of this format in the country. The competition is attended not only by students and graduates of film schools of the country, but also by beginner independent authors. The festival is positioned as professional, despite the fact that the majority of its participants and spectators are young people. Competitive selection is carried out in two stages. The first stage of the festival was held in Moscow on December 4-10, 2017, where 52 films were selected from 720 works by a professional jury.
The second stage will take place on April 18-22, 2018 - this is a rental tour of film screenings throughout the country, here the winners will be determined by the results of the audience voting by a simple summation of the points.
At the ARTKINO10 film festival, works are evaluated in two categories: the first nomination: “The Best Short Film of the Year according to the professional community” is determined by the decision of the Short Film Academy. The second nomination: “The best short film of the year according to the viewers” is determined by the results of voting by viewers of more than 50 cities of Russia and the CIS and far abroad.
16 films selected by the Organizing Committee and combined into three programs: “Morning”, “Day” and “Evening” are presented for the screening.

“Day”: “Good afternoon”, “Parent Saturday”, “Souls are dead”,
“To my sister”, “Milk”.
“Evening”: “#HEADING”, “Earth”, “The Lost Way”, “Diamonds for my ants”, “Airship”, “Mother is my woman”.
The program of the rental tour of the Annual All-Russian Festival of Author’s Short Films “ARTKINO10” will be presented in the Information and Education Center “Russian Museum: Virtual Branch” at the address: ul. Lenin, d.103.
