“Seventeen Moments of Spring” is a brilliant film that appeared when the concept of “series” did not exist yet. This is not just a great movie - it was an absolutely innovative genre for that time. The film was made so stunning and believable that its heroes soon became characters in folk stories and jokes. This is a great talent! There are other masterpieces: “Three Poplars on Plyushchikha”, “Carnival”, “We, the Undersigned”. Tatyana Mikhailovna certainly deserved a monument during her lifetime! And we are grateful to everyone who contributed moral and material to the fact that the memorial sign appeared on the house where she worked for many years and created her wonderful works! - said Vladimir Medinsky.

- It is difficult for you to understand my joy. Because very close I knew this outstanding woman. I met her in 1973, when Robert Rozhdestvensky and Mikael Tariverdiev invited me to work on the songs for the movie “Seventeen Moments of Spring”. Tatyana Mikhailovna was a very strict and very touching woman. She loved her mother very much and was always ready to help her friends. She was an incredibly warm person. Until the end of days, she was interested in what is happening in the country, what is happening in culture, - said Joseph Kobzon.
After thanking everyone who helped in installing the memorial plaque, Joseph Kobzon sang a song from the film “Seventeen Moments of Spring”.
