Viewers saw the first premiere of the new season on the KVN Planet stage. The play “The Man from the Restaurant”, the basis for which was the story of Ivan Shmelyov, was staged by the young, but already well-known in the theater world, director Yegor Peregudov. In the role of a waiter Skorokhodova, Konstantin Raikin shone on the stage.

Rehearsals of the play began a week before the birthday, which the head of the Satyricon celebrated on July 8th. Since the date was anniversary - Konstantin Raikin celebrated his 65th birthday, the performance was dedicated to his anniversary.

Although the work on staging the performance did not last too long, Yegor Peregudov worked on the creation of the stage composition for about a year. In addition to Raikin, another 15 artists participate in the play. The play was designed by artist Vladimir Arefyev, who dressed all the characters in costumes stitched from photographs of the beginning of the last century. Musical accompaniment for the production was created by composer Peter Aidu.

It is known that in November Satyricon artists are expected in St. Petersburg, in the future plans of the theater - a big tour of the Urals.
