MOSCOW. The performance “Generation of Mowgli”, which was born thanks to the Charity Fund created by Konstantin Khabensky and the help of MTS, was presented to the metropolitan audience on March 28 in the hall of the Palace on Yauza. The history of the Mowgli Generation project began in Kazan.

Last June, the audience of this city saw the premiere of the history of modern Mowgli, who fled from the prosperous Big City to the Stone Jungle - the outskirts of the metropolis. The authors of the poems and music for the play are members of the group "Accident". This is a joint work of Alexei Kortnev and Sergey Chekryzhov.

Kazan spectators enthusiastically accepted the performance, and six months later, young actors from Ufa took part in the project, also conquering the audience of their native city with their work. Funds received for performances in each of the regional capitals helped to pay for the treatment of children suffering from cancer.

The creators of the project decided to expand the geography of the performances. The first city to host young artists was Moscow. In the capital, the performance will be shown three times. Thanks to the proceeds from the shows, two children will have a chance of recovery. In every city where the project participants present their work, well-known artists go on stage with them.

In Moscow, Timur Rodriguez and Ekaterina Guseva participate in the play. The role of Mowgli is played by Denis Pasynkov, a twelve-year-old boy from Kazan, and in turn plays Ramil Ardislanov, a favorite of the Ufa audience. The participants of the performance demonstrated the acting that captivated the public. Not every actor with experience would be able to play with such dedication, as the young participants of the project do, appearing on the stage in the play “Generation of Mowgli”.
