Director Yegor Konchalovsky, who delivered his speech, said that, in his opinion, this competition will attract more and more participants every year: “The interest in what is happening in the army is growing in society. Respect for the officer, for military service returns. It seems to me that with the return of this respect and interest there will be more works dedicated to what is happening in the army today. ”
Recall that the start of the second All-Russian competition “Cinema Call” began in April this year, after which several stages of selection were passed. The laureates in each of the four categories were selected by means of a spectator’s online voting and ratings of the Expert Jury, which included famous figures of national cinema, television and theater.
