YEKATERINBURG. The holiday dedicated to the housewarming "Kolyada Theater" will be held on April 25th. The troupe of the theater prepared various surprises for the guests, however, the main one will be the skit. For a gala evening, only invited spectators can come to the new building, where Kolyada Theater has now settled.

However, the actors showed the first performance before the official housewarming - on April 21, those spectators who were lucky enough to purchase tickets for the performance of the Cherry Orchard were able to get acquainted with the main premises of the theater. The first spectators were greeted solemnly with music performed by a brass band, an hour before the performance, creating a festive mood for the guests of the theater.

Under the musical accompaniment of the orchestra, the audience examined the well-known antiques that moved with the actors from the old theater premises. There were doubts as to whether decorations would fit into the new interior of the theater, where now there is a huge foyer hall, decorated with stucco molding and columns. It turned out that they only added comfort to the hall, creating a special atmosphere in it.

Nikolai Kolyada hospitably welcomed the first visitors to the theater - distributed programs with the next month’s repertoire, showed the way to the wardrobe and buffet, fragrant with fresh pastries. Spectators are expected in the theater in the following evenings. Performances will go on all days left before the grand housewarming party, only now the tickets for them have ended long ago.

Now the theater fans do not need to look for where their favorite actors once again moved - Kolyada Theater received a permanent residence permit in the city center, in the building where the Iskra movie theater used to be. The old mansion now houses the Center for Contemporary Drama, where the first spectators also arrived on April 21st.
