MOSCOW. Representatives of the media and friends of the Taganka Theater got the opportunity to see the poetic performance of the "Tagansky Front" before the premiere. It will take place on the birthday of the theater, which for five decades of its work has become a legend in the theatrical world, and the press show of the play was held on April 9th.

Director Vladislav Malenko, for two decades already worked on the stage of Taganka, having studied during this time the history of the theater to the smallest detail. He became the author of the play, which became the basis of the play. “Tagansky Front” is a dedication to the actors who stood at the origins of the legendary theater.

Some of them became participants in the anniversary production, and the names of the deceased artists constantly sound from the stage, where three generations of Tagan artists gathered. Vysotsky and Zolotukhin, Filatov and Farada - these are the names of actors who became legends with their theater, often sound during the performance.

The creator of the play, Vladislav Malenko, who played in the plays staged by Yuri Lyubimov, believes that the production he created is primarily dedicated to the founder of the theater. Indeed, it was thanks to the talent of Yuri Lyubimov that it was practically impossible to get to Taganka’s performances, and they asked for “extra tickets” in the subway, from people leaving the cars.

The production merged several genres, recalling the first Tagan performances. The stage was decorated with improvised posters with their names, familiar to several generations of viewers. Poetic lines are accompanied by shots from archives, on the backdrop of the stage are young faces - Lyubimov, Zolotukhin, Vysotsky.

Musical arrangement was created by Yuri Shevchuk. On the day of the premiere, Shevchuk and the DDT group will also enter the theater. The game of the talented saxophonist Sergei Letov was appreciated at a press show.
