Premiere of the play "Two" Automatic translate
On March 22 and 23, 2014 at 20.00 the premieres of the performance “Two” will take place. Director - director - Alexey Razmakhov, artist - director - Philipp Vinogradov, performed - Alexey Razmakhov.
The production of “Two”, directed by Alexei Razmakhov and artist Philip Vinogradov, is based on the classic Russian play “Woe from Wit” and the biography of its author, Alexander Griboedov.
The creators of the play placed the heroes of the work and the author in two adjacent rooms to watch how the world created by the writer can echo his own fate. This is a story of loneliness. The history of the "extra man", viewed from different perspectives.
“The viewer will see three storylines, united by a common motive - one is opposed to the mass: Chatsky against the crazy Moscow public, Griboedov against the people of Persia, I tell this story alone among computers and gadgets,” director Alexei Razmakhov commented on the production.
“Two” is an experimental play, a search for a new theater language, an attempt to build communication with the audience using modern technologies. The authors connect the documentary theater with the play theater and provoke the person watching to create their own vision of facts, events, characters.
“This story began at the moment when Philip needed to take the diploma in a mock-up, and I suggested that he not waste time and immediately put on a performance. We began to study the author’s life and it turned out that there is very little information about Griboedov’s life. And then we realized that his fate and the fate of Chatsky are similar - they are both single. We immediately wanted to show this, for example - the moment when a Russian talented playwright and diplomat is among gray people on the last day of his life. So the idea of two parallel rooms came, and so the work began, ”says Alexey.
