In Yekaterinburg, the writer lived almost his whole life. He worked as a journalist here, was the creator of the famous Caravel squad, the guys from which became prototypes of the heroes of many books written by Krapivin. Vladislav Petrovich is an honorary citizen of Yekaterinburg.

On the birthday of Vladislav Krapivin, on October 14th, the museum will host Krapivinsky Day. Excursions devoted to the books of the writer will be conducted, and viewing of fragments from films will be organized.
