For entertainment, there is show business, the film industry, and the theater is beautiful precisely because it works with each audience individually. It is not so important in what form this happens; the main thing is that it is impossible to replicate theatrical production.

Speaking about the plans of the Gogol Center, Serebryannikov mentioned that the performance Awakening of Spring, based on the play by Frank Vedekind, is being prepared for staging. There will be appeals to the works of classics. In total, in the upcoming season, it is planned to show the audience 12 premieres.

At the end of the meeting, the director noted that he was happy to visit the theater, which has a rich history.
