At the Siberian Ramp festival, performances were played on the background of Lake Baikal Automatic translate
IRKUTSK. For ten days on the Baikal island of Olkhon, the summer theater center “Olkhon - 2013” worked, bringing together theater groups for the 14th time. This large-scale theater forum was attended by 14 theater groups from Russian cities and towns.
During the work of the center, 51 master classes were held. Theater actors from the capital cities and Kemerovo shared their experiences with the actors. On the basis of the summer theater center, the Siberian Frame festival was held, where theater groups presented 18 performances, modern and classical. The summer center on Olkhon has been collecting participants since the year 2000.
"Siberian Ramp" is a festival of amateur theaters, radically different from other similar theatrical forums. Viewers watched performances with natural scenery in the form of the amazingly beautiful nature of Lake Baikal. Like at professional theater festivals, awards were presented at Olkhon, the owners of which were named on the day the Siberian Ramp was closed and the theater center closed.
The festival’s Grand Prix was awarded to the People’s Theater from the village of Chuna (Irkutsk Region) for the performance “Wonderful Woman” staged by the play of Nina Sadur. The People’s Theater “Fakel”, who came from Angarsk, was awarded the first place (nomination “The best performance of the festival”) for the play “Three Sisters”, and for the play “Lizard” this theater received third place.
Two groups took the second place at once - the Irkutsk Youth Theater and, representing the village of Magistralny, the Theater Shelter of Comedians. They played the performances Ordinary Miracle and Baba Chanel. Among the performances participating in the festival program, not only serious performances were shown for the adult audience, but also fairy tales for children, as well as puppet shows.
