UVA. This year, more than 20 thousand spectators attended the event, which has already become annual in Ufa - “Symphonic Night”, a concert of classical music taking place at night in the open. Vladimir Medinsky, Minister of Culture of Russia, notes that such concerts are a great way to instill in young people an interest in classics, as they go beyond the usual walls of concert halls and philharmonic societies.
This year, the music community celebrates the anniversaries of two great composers, P.I. Tchaikovsky and G.V. Sviridova, therefore, it was their works that became the basis of the unusual open-air program.
Among the musicians were violinist Gayk Kazayan, laureate of the 3rd prize of the P.I. Tchaikovsky, sixteen-year-old pianist Daniil Kharitonov, recognized in the music world as a child prodigy, Bashkir cellist Ruslan Khamidullin and many others. In total, more than 150 musicians took part in the concert.
