ORENBURG. The book publishing house named after Donkovtsev released "Collected Works" by screenwriters Lutsik and Samoryadov.
The list of book novelties of the past year that deserve unconditional attention includes the Collected Works by Pyotr Lutsik and Alexei Samoryadov. Their work can be put on a par with the legacy of other well-known literary duets - Ilf and Petrov, Pierre Boileau and Tom Narcezhak, Yuri Weinert and Jacob Charon. Their scenarios are an accurate diagnosis of the 90th with their rigid philosophy and a difficult history. The era of the great turning point, absurd, merciless, broke a lot of destinies, for many it became an excellent launching pad, gave millions to someone, and took away the latter from someone. Samoryadov and Lutsik became its spokesmen and slaughter.
Films according to their scripts - “Gongofer”, “Duba-Duba”, “Savoy”, “Limit”, “Children of cast-iron gods” - won endless “Nicks” and “Golden Aries”, awards at festivals in Chicago, Karlovy Vary, Minsk and Sochi did not reach the level of literary principle. The best on-screen incarnations of their scripts, according to many critics and viewers, were two paintings - “Outskirts” and “Wild Field”. The first film, the protest western, is the directorial debut of Peter Lutsik with references to the cult picture of Barnet, folklore characters, a talented mix of absurdity and parody. He shot a picture a few years after the absurd and tragic death of his friend and associate Alexei Samoryadov. The worthy Wild Field by Mikhail Kalatozoshvili appeared a few years after the sudden death of Peter Lutsik, who died in a dream of a heart attack at the age of 40. Much of what was created by the creative tandem remained on paper, expecting an embodiment that was adequate in terms of talent. The volumetric volume may eventually become a bibliographic rarity, since the interest of the synephiles in it is very great.
