He always notes the uniqueness of the Northern capital, a city that has no analogues in other countries. The artist notes that each visit to St. Petersburg brings him inspirational inspiration.

Among the portraits on display, there is a picture depicting the main person in the life of Yevgeny Pukhov - his father, poet Viktor Pukhov. This name became the personification of a whole era in the literary life of Kaluga. Thanks to his excellent knowledge of history, the poet managed to convey to his son love for the Kaluga region.

The first stage of training was the school of memory of 1905, and then the young artist was a student of the art and graphic faculty of MPI. Already at the beginning of his career, Evgeny Pukhov actively participated in various exhibitions - from regional shows to international ones.
