SALEHARD. The first event of the International Festival, for the third time brought together the creators and connoisseurs of the art of graphics and design in the capital of Yamal, was the opening of three large-scale exhibitions at once.

During the week, many events will take place, among which there will be creative meetings with festival participants, master classes from famous schedules and lectures. These events will be a wonderful gift for young artists studying the profession of an artist in the children’s art school, in the Yamal Multidisciplinary College.

No less interesting are the announced events by professional artists, designers and ordinary graphic art lovers. This was already evident in the number of people who attended the opening of the exhibition of the honored artist of the Russian Federation Oleg Yakhnin, presented under the title "Contemporary Classics".

The wonderful St. Petersburg schedule included both his own works and his students in the exposition. Among the works of the followers of the master, next to the works of established artists, there are also works by newcomers who are just starting their journey in the world of graphics.

On the same day, the exposition “Trail of the Magpie Wing” was presented with the works of the artist from Kyrgyzstan Emil Tilekov. Acquaintance with the work of Sergei Kolechenko, an artist from Riga, also took place. The resident of Riga presented the Sākums exhibition (“Beginning”) with unique works that combined computer graphics with the sophisticated mezzo-tinto graphic technique.
