In the afternoon, an exhibition opened in the region’s scientific library, the exposition of which presented the best works of artists participating this summer in the open air “Ulyanovsk - the birthplace of talents”. The organizers of the exhibition gave most of the space in the exhibition to novice artists, placing 70 works by future masters.

In the museum-estate of A. Plastov, the painter’s birthday was also celebrated by an exhibition and a concert.
