More than 60 works showing the diversity of wildlife were performed by animalists in various artistic techniques. Some of the artists prefer painting, others use graphic technique, but each of the authors is in love with the world of animals. Therefore, they chose a genre such as animalistics.

Among all types of fine art, animal studies are rightly considered the oldest. The drawings of primitive people preserved in the caves where they lived several millennia ago amaze our contemporaries with the amazing vitality of images of wild animals.

Visitors who have already managed to inspect the exposition of the exhibition did not remain indifferent to it. With particular pleasure, images of animals, presented both in a realistic manner of writing, and in a primitive, were examined by children. Their authors managed to create vivid and expressive images of wild and domestic animals.

The painting “Rooster” painted by Alexei Parshkov is especially vivid in color. The animals depicted on the canvases of Vladimir Solodovnikov look surprisingly real. His brushes belong to the paintings "Boars" and "Bustard." Characters of paintings by Fedor Alekseenko are also remembered by visitors.

No less interesting is the graphics presented in the exposition. It included etchings, woodcuts and linocuts. There are two sculptures in the exposition made by African masters from ebony wood. Giraffe and crocodile look very organically against the background of works depicting animals.
