IRKUTSK. On November 10, an exhibition was opened in the Irkutsk Museum of Local Lore, introducing the inhabitants of the city with the painting of the Mongolian artist Chadraabal Adyaabazar. The organizer of this exhibition was the LeArt Gallery, which created the project “Colors of Mongolia”.
Part of this project is the opening exhibition, especially for which Chadraabal Adyaabazar painted new paintings during the current year. On the opening day, the author of the paintings on display was also present in the exhibition hall. In greeting the guests of the exhibition, the artist said that more than 50 paintings that arrived in Irkutsk were made in the last two years.
Chadraabal Adyaabazar noted in his speech that each of his work becomes a response to events taking place in the world, or in the artist’s homeland. This is the main reason for the clear difference between the works performed in the past year and those dating from the current year.
At first glance, the Mongolian artist looks like a man of few words, does not show his emotions in public. However, his works fully convey the fire burning in the soul of Chadraabal Adyaabazar. In his work, the artist uses various techniques, the choice of which depends on inspiration. He can be a painter, sculptor, he can create graphic works and use calligraphy.
About the paintings written this year, Chadraabal Adyaabazar says that he has come the time when canvases with bright colors are born. The artist’s work is popular in many countries, his work is constantly participating in exhibitions and festivals of art. One of his works - the majestic bronze figure of a camel, welcomes guests of Ulan Bator.
In Irkutsk, the exhibition of Chadraabal Adyaabazar will be on until December 10th.
