Masters of art of Primorye celebrated the anniversary of Vladivostok with an exhibition in the gallery of the Union of Artists Automatic translate
VLADIVOSTOK. On June 26, the grand opening of the collective exhibition of seaside artists took place in the exhibition space of the gallery of the Union of Artists. In Vladivostok, masters of art have long had a tradition of creating an exhibition with the best works by artists of the Primorsky Territory, dedicated to the celebration of City Day.
This year, City Day is unusual - the capital of Primorye is celebrating its next anniversary. Vladivostok is 155 years old. The opening exhibition is dedicated to the anniversary date. Most of the works presented in her exposition were created specially for the holiday.
The exhibition runs until July 17. The hall housed more than seven dozen works, including large-format canvases, where the authors captured amazingly beautiful views of their beloved city. Next to them are paintings and graphic works, sculptural works. Works of the genre of decorative art are also presented.
The authors of these exhibits are not only masters who have long become the pride of the regional branch of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation. The exhibition also found a place for bright, distinctive canvases made by young artists who completed their studies at the Far Eastern State Art Institute this year.
One of the exhibitors, Yuri Aksyonov, said that each author presented one work at the exhibition. Therefore, many of the seaside artists were able to take part in the exhibition. Yuri Aksyonov provided a picture of the old city for the exhibition, writing it specially for the anniversary.
The majority of artists did the same, showing on canvases and drawings the most beautiful places of the anniversary city. Many of them depict the corners of Vladivostok, where their childhood passed - city courtyards, the sea coast and bridges.
