"Parallels" - a joint exhibition of Vadim Shutoy and Inga Maslova opened in Khabarovsk Automatic translate
KHABAROVSK. The Far Eastern Art Museum is waiting for visitors who want to get acquainted with the paintings of a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation Vadim Shutoy, complemented by landscapes by Inga Maslova, made in watercolor. The joint exhibition was presented to the public under the name “Parallels”.
Vadim Borisovich Shutovyi says that he inherited the profession of an artist from his parents. His childhood was spent in the parent’s workshop, so his first toys were pieces of cardboard, brushes and pencils. Parents did not plan an artist’s career for their son, knowing well the difficulties of this profession.
However, when Vadim’s father saw his portrait painted by his son, he realized that the boy’s abilities should be in demand. The first step in obtaining a profession was studying at an art school in Krasnoyarsk, where Vadim entered as a teenager, at the age of 14. After his graduation, the young artist became a student of the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Pedagogical Institute of Khabarovsk.
The artist participated in many exhibitions - city, regional and zonal. Khabarovsk became a city where Vadim Shutoy presented his first solo exhibition to the public, and since 2012 he joined the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation. Vadim Borisovich and his wife participated in painting the church in the village of Spasskoye. In his work, the artist prefers landscapes. For the most part, the artist captured the nature of the Khabarovsk Territory and the views of the streets of Khabarovsk.
Inga Maslova also studied at the Khabarovsk Pedagogical Institute. In her work, she sets the goal of displaying her emotional impressions. Therefore, her work is filled with images born of her imagination. The exhibition presents chamber landscapes made by Inga Alexandrovna watercolor.
