Then a series of illustrations was created for Sevastopol Tales (these works are stored in the Yasnaya Polyana Museum), Goncharov’s novel Oblomov. The publication "Selected Works" by M. Gorky was also designed by Mark Klyachko. Thanks to these works, the artist in the fifties tal one of the most famous masters of book graphics.
In 1959, Mark Klyachko illustrated the novels of the Italian writer Luigi Pirandello. These works of the artist were acquired by the Tretyakov Gallery. Since 1960, the work of Mark Klyachko became "Soviet writer", where he designed books by more than a hundred authors. At the same time, the artist worked as a teacher and created paintings and large-scale graphic works. Many of the works of Mark Klyachko acquired the largest museums in the country.
