MOSCOW. In the exhibition hall on Vozdvizhenka owned by the State Duma of the Russian Federation, the exhibition "Crimea. Return". Under this name, Alexey Burtasenkov, a member of the New Wanderers creative association, presented his personal exhibition to visitors.
The exposition was based on the work performed by Burtasenkov in the Crimea during an open-air meeting organized by New Wanderers this fall. This open air has become part of a project with an international status - "The palette of reality - the Russian world." The initiators of the project are the Russian Academy of Arts, the International Academy of Creativity. Actively supports the project and the Ministry of Culture of Russia.
To create the works presented at the opening exhibition, Alexei Burtasenkov had to visit Crimea twice during the autumn months. The September creative journey ended not entirely successfully. The painter took part in a sailing regatta held in honor of the reunification of the Crimea and Russia. His participation was in the performance of the post of artist-correspondent.
The vessels stopped at the ports and at that time the artist created sketches and sketches. However, when the participants in the regatta, passing from Balaklava to Novorossiysk, fell into a severe storm, most of the work was damaged. In October, Burtasenkov again went to the Crimea to create new works.
Now the goal of his trip to continue the open air was Kerch. In this port city and its environs, the artist created a series of graphic works. The entire series, dedicated to one of the oldest Crimean cities, was included in the exposition. The exhibition will finish its work on January 20th, and on January 15th the remaining participants of the Crimean plein air will present their works at the House of Architects.
