Examining the city landscapes of Shevchenko, the viewer understands that the artist does not aim to overcome the existing graphic image of the “city of Petrov”, but rather tries to convey the picturesque and plastic beauty of the majestic city of St. Petersburg.
The exhibition "Painting by Mikhail Shevchenko" will run until September 21, 2014.
