Her exposition was composed of paintings by the artist after a trip to Uzbekistan in 2010. There is the ancient city of Margilan, where Lev Sergeyevich was born. From there, in 1949, he came to Moscow, enrolling in a metropolitan art school. For study, the future artist chose the School of Memory in 1905.

Life and study in the capital, communication with famous artists - attracted a novice artist and, of course, influenced his work. Lev Sergeyevich lived in the capital until 1964. Over the years, he managed to serve in the Navy, however, after almost a decade of the post-army life in the capital, he returned to live in Margilan, his hometown.

The artist made a living doing design work, drew posters for production needs. Lev Sergeyevich was engaged in real art in the home workshop. Changes in the life of the artist occurred in the 90s, when the USSR collapsed. In 1991, together with his family, Lev Snegirev moved to Russia. For more than twenty years, the artist lives in the Tver region.

At the opening exhibition, the artist presented more than thirty works written in oil. Lev Sergeyevich created them from nature, Central Russian landscapes depicting a romantic mood are captured on the canvases. They have now become the artist’s habitat. The artist will be able to get in touch with the world until September 14th.
